Where do we ship to?
We ship within Canada and to the United States at this time.
We also offer free delivery within the Okanagan (which will automatically be selected at checkout after address verification).
How long does shipping take?
Shipping times typically depend on the shipping type selected at checkout. However, standard delivery times within Canada and to the United States are 5-7 business days. Please note that shipping times can be affected by the carrier.
Please note: We aim to ship all orders within 48 hours of purchase.
How do I track my order?
When checkout is complete, you will receive a confirmation email with a link to track your order.
Returns
What is the return policy?
We accept returns only for defective, damaged, or incorrect items. This includes:
- Items that arrived broken or unusable
- Orders where the wrong product or book title was sent
Please note that books cannot be returned unless the incorrect title was shipped to you.
Additional details:
- All returns must be pre-approved before sending anything back.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- We do not offer returns or exchanges for: Change of mind, Sale items, or Handmade goods without defects.
How do I request a return?
To request a return:

- Include your order number, a brief note describing the issue, and a clear photo of the item.
- Once your return is approved, we’ll provide return instructions.
